RFC exists to connect, stabilize and energize people to fulfill the purpose of Christ in their individual lives.

To promote spiritual growth and empower a life of positive change.
RFC is:
* A place where the spirit of God is shared with all who visit
* A place where individuals may come to heal, connect, stabilize and be re-energized to fulfill their God-given purpose
* A place where the peace of God resides and individuals may come and not feel as if they have to wear a mask
* A place of repose and reconnections
* A place to discover visions and illuminate dreams given by God
* A place of fellowship and prayer and studying of the word of God
* A place where God has made room for those who feel abandoned, neglected and unappreciated, and are seeking refuge in a place of rest.
RFC was created as a result of a vision given to Pastor Ronnie by God: Our name was taken directly from Genesis 26.
"And Isaac digged again the wells of water, which they had digged in the days of Abraham his father; for the Philistines had stopped them after the death of Abraham."(Genesis 26:18). When Abraham died, God gave his son Isaac favor. Isaac began to dig out the wells that had been filled by his fathers enemies. Each time a well was unstopped, they were argued over by Abemilech's servants. This occurred on two separate occasions, but when Isaac dug the third well, they were able to keep it for themselves for water. Isaac named this well 'Rehoboth' meaning "God has made room for us."
We were created out of a need, whereby individuals may come and feel genuine love and compassion.
